Private room and bathroom close to Old Greenwich

Bright, modern, private basement bedroom and bathroom, with natural light. Access to 2 adult bikes, please just let me know if you'd like to use them in advance. We are just 2 miles from the beach (passes are needed May through October) and a 1 mile walk to the local train station (Old Greenwich) which is 1 hour in to New York City. The village of Old Greenwich is just a 1 mile walk from our home. Private off road parking is provided for 1 car. Private large bedroom in basement of family home, with large en suite bathroom adjoining. Access to a single bed for an additional charge. Shared front door entrance, and shared staircase to basement. I can provide plenty of local information regarding restaurants, services, stores, beach access, and local attractions. Please just ask in advance. The neighborhood of the Town of Greenwich is simply gorgeous. The beach is just a short walk or bike ride or car trip away, and the shops and restaurants of Old Greenwich are even closer. The shopping on Greenwich Avenue easily matches New York's Fifth Avenue, and there is a movie theater at the bottom. In Old Greenwich there are a number of coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. Parking for one car is available in our driveway. The house is a 10 minute walk from Old Greenwich train station. The house is a 3 minute walk from the closest bus stop and very easy walking distance to Starbucks, a supermarket, a liquor store, and a post office. We have 2 small friendly dogs that may greet you on arrival. They are hypoallergenic (non shedding).
