Backpacker's Bungalow

Quiet garden cottage with lots of light, set in a large green back yard. Appropriate for agile backpacker or traveller because it's got a loft bed accessed by a ladder. Plenty of wardrobe space, drawers, shelves. Kitchen and shower available in main house. Toilet is in laundry and is accessed by stepping outside and walking around to the back of the building. Hens up the back, friendly black labrador dog roams the yard. Pennant Hills is a "leafy" north west suburb of Sydney. Easy access by train to the CBD (50 minutes), and Macquarie University (17 minutes) You will have the use of all the public spaces. We live in the main house and are home most of the time. Otherwise available by mobile phone and email. Quiet safe neighbourhood near recreational parks and very close to shops and train station. Great North Walk entrance is at the bottom of our street. Train station and large shopping centre are 7 minutes walk away. Many coffee shops and restaurants in shopping district. Plenty of fast food available.
