Bedroom is on it's own floor (downstairs in a 2-story house) with limited access to backyard (with mask) What's Nearby? - 7-min drive to ACE Train Station - 4-min drive/15-min walk to Rite Aid - 5-min drive to Raley's, Wells Fargo, Walgreens, Starbucks, restaurants. - 1-min walk to park A cozy and clean private bedroom with attached bathroom. Private access from outside. Mini fridge/freezer and microwave included. Please only use your assigned bedroom and attached bathroom. You may use the backyard for long-term stay (with mask as it is shared with home residents). Please clean up after yourself and dispose of your trash in the bins in the backyard (or by the driveway Monday mornings/trash day). Through Airbnb, unless it's urgent. We are mostly very prompt in responding. The neighborhood is newly developed, safe and quiet. The community has parks and a lake within walking distance.
