Townhouse Room in Blue Bell

My townhome is a 5 minute drive from a rail station to Philadelphia, a 5 minute drive to the Plymouth Meeting Mall, a 5 minute drive to nearby office complexes, and within walking distance of a private airport if you're an executive in for a meeting. Townhouse guest room with a queen sized bed. Plenty of closet space, private bath, access to laundry room, and kitchen. Guest may use the guest room, bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen as needed. (Though I ask that preparing and cooking is done minimally). The complex has a pool and tennis courts that you will have access to as well. I will be living in the house. I have my own separate bedroom and bathroom in. I have a very friendly cat, but any interaction with him or me is up to you. Blue Bell is a beautiful suburb of Philadelphia. The very walkable town of Ambler is a 5 minute drive. Great restaurants, bars, and an art house movie theater. The Plymouth Meeting Mall is also a 5 minute drive with premier restaurants like Redstone, PF Changs, and a newly refurbished AMC movie theater. Not far is a Starbucks, Fed ExOffice, Home Depot, Ikea, Best Buy, Target, Barnes & Noble, Giant Grocery and more! Parking is free in the complex and the PA Turnpike, 476, 309, and regional rail are all less than a 10 minute drive away. I’ve found that guest that are here for 3 month stays, such as internships, or are here only during weekdays, work best. Please do not bring guests. This is not your place to entertain. Not looking for a long term “roommate” or to go off AirBNB.
