Woodview is a cosy retreat with log burner and pretty cottage garden situated in the idyllic village of Ermington. The nearest towns are Ivybridge and Modbury. Within the village itself, there is a shop with cafe, church, The Crooked Spire Pub and the Last Bistro restaurant. Mothecombe Beach and Dartmoor National Park are close by and perfect for enjoying coastal walks with Bantham, Bigbury and many others a drive away. A relaxing stay for families and couples as well as being dog friendly. The cottage is set in Ermington Square with parking outside the door. It can accommodate up to 5 people across 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and spacious but cosy living area offering a kitchen, dining room and living room. To the rear of the property there is an attractive flowing private walled courtyard garden with a pond and a seating area that is ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining. The interior of the property has a homely feel, having been finished to a high standard and furnished with tasteful quality furniture, bedlinen and towels to ensure that you have the most comfortable stay and that Woodview Cottage feels like your home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric fan oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher along with all the essential equipment to cook up a feast! The washer/dryer and freezer can all be found in the store room outside the Utility. In the garden you will find deck chairs, garden furniture with a parasol and BBQ to enjoy at your leisure. High speed broadband Wi-Fi is available which is suitable for working from home. There is also a smart TV in the living room which boasts a complimentary Netflix account. Other features are a cost log fire and also a hairdryer in each bedroom. You won't see us Fresh fish (mostly Tuna, Red Snapper and Mackerel) along with other seafood (Prawns, Lobster, Crab and Calamari) are caught by local fisherman and can be purchased in Kingsbridge.
