An eclectic two-bedroom apartment in the busy Cicadas district, the heart of East Bandung. The apartment is self sufficient with full equipped kitchen, dining area, living space, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and one washroom. I used to live here for a couple of years, so it's kept up in a good condition and very livable, ideal for longer stays with 2-3 people at max. If you're looking for family or friends get-together, the space can manage 3-5 people comfortably. The property is about 45 meter square. It feels quite spacey for an apartment due to the open plan living, kitchen, and dining. Living: Consisted of one sofa bed, floor-to-ceiling book shelf, stools that could be used as coffee tables, reading lamp, and a dedicated workspace in the corner. The space is suitable for long hours of working. There's also an additional folding table to work more relaxedly on the sofa. Completed with a 32" Android TV and Netflix subscription, it could turn into a comfy space for chilling. Kitchen: The kitchen is full equipped with basic pots and pans, utensils, cuttleries, and tableware set for 6. There's plenty of storage space in the cabinets. Amenities include: single stove, single sink, microwave, oven, two-doors fridge, and water dispenser; all working perfectly. Dining: The dining table is placed in the middle of the kitchen, hence could be used as kitchen counter extension. The table could be pulled and pushed to make space. There are four stackable stools that could be stored underneath. Bedroom: The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a vanity, a walk-in closet, ironing board, aircon, and a washroom inside. The secondary bedroom has a single bed, drawers, and clothes rack. Both have windows, so they are well-lit in the morning. Bathroom & Washroom: The bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms; it has one toilet and one shower with water heater. The washroom is located inside the main bedroom with one washing machine and one toilet. Outdoor: There are two super tiny balconies, just enough for allowing natural air circulation into the unit and to stand around admiring the view. Since there are smoke detectors installed inside, smoking is preferably done here. You will have the whole property to yourself. I live about 20 minutes drive from the property, so I can always assist you in person if needed! Cicadas is a pretty busy district. However, the apartment complex is quite gated. You can find convenience stores, coffeeshops, laundromats, and restaurants (including KFC!) on the ground floor. Parking: Parking space is open for public with various daily and weekly rates through voucher system. Let me know if you are planning to park your vehicle so I can guide you on getting these vouchers. Covid Protocol: I take health and safety protocols seriously. Though I do not require any test result, guests are advised to travel outside the property if needed only. Food deliveries are preferable. No parties and outside guests allowed. Please be mindful for this pandemic is not yet over! The apartment unit gets disinfected with disinfectant spray and sterilized with UV lights after guests leave.
