Cozy lakeside apartment

1 bedroom studio apartment (hotel room size), clean and modern, with Queen bed in bedroom. Also has a full size futon in living space separated by sliding barn door. Small kitchenette in living area with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and electric skillet. Studio is attached to our garage, which is across the street from Round Lake. Use of our 2 kayaks, pedal boat, area for swimming (no beach, but shallow and sandy). Close to MIS, walking distance to Highland Inn Restaurant. Small studio (about the size of a hotel room) with Queen, attached to our garage, across from the lake. Full bathroom with stand-up shower (access through bedroom). Separate living space (divided by sliding barn door) with full-size futon. Small kitchenette in living space with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and electric skillet. No kitchen sink but new washtub in the attached garage. No oven/stove. Private outside entrance. Fire pit and propane grill. If you choose to use the futon as a bed, it takes up a lot of floor space in the living area, i.e - the kitchen table/chairs, etc, just FYI to be be aware of space with multiple guests. Guests use lockbox to access apartment (code provided). Apartment is attached to our garage, which is across the street from our cottage. We do NOT park in the garage, and will not be accessing while guests are there. (We do use the driveway out front often though). Apartment has private outside entrance, and guests park directly next to the apartment, on the grass, or on the gravel driveway in front of the double garage door. If we are using our cottage (we're there most weekends), we may cross paths (we like to say hello!). Guests can use our two kayaks and pedal boat (attached to our dock, help yourself). For swimming, please use the community dock. The water is shallow until way past the dock, which has a platform and ladder. There is a nice, shady outside sitting area with table and chairs next to the apartment with lake view for guests to enjoy, or a picnic table next to the dock. Neighborhood setting. Great restaurant/bar 'The Highland Inn' is 5 minute walk with live music on the weekends (music sometimes plays until Midnight, and can be vaguely heard at the apartment, if noise is an issue (mainly only if the windows are open). Car is needed to get here, but it’s nice to walk the neighborhood between the two lakes, and the Highland Inn restaurant is within walking distance, good spot for burgers and drinks, with live music on the weekend. There is no kitchen sink. There is a brand new wash sink in the garage, for guest to use (i.e wash dishes, etc.). No oven/stove. Parking for 2 cars maximum, park directly next to the apartment on the grass or you can park on the gravel driveway in front of the double garage door. Fire pit outside (supply your own wood).
