Situated on the edge of the Périgord-Limousin regional park and surrounded by a beautiful 7-hectare park, we would be very happy to welcome you in our 18th century house. Over 450 m², it combines the charm of the old with modern comforts. Our house dates from the 18th century. It combines the charm of the old (large rooms decorated with huge fireplaces and exposed beams, grand oak staircase, Italian-inspired) with all modern conveniences (dishwasher, freezer, washing machine, dryer , microwave, coffee maker, iron, piano, TV, ...). There is everything on board to make your stay a comfortable one. You will able to enjoy the place with family or friends in peace in a green setting at the view! Outside amenities: - Swimming pool 10m x 5m fenced and secure - Trampoline - Games for children (table tennis table, sandpit, area with volleyball / badminton net, pétanque, ...) - Barbecue - Garden furniture - Non enclosed site DISABLED ACCESS Our home is not specifically equipped to welcome people in wheelchairs. However the house suits relatively well as there is one bedroom at ground level. Three other bedrooms and one bathroom (bathroom 3) are only three steps up the ground floor. The kitchen is one step up the ground floor. A person will be at your disposal throughout your stay to answer questions and to intervene if necessary. You are here in the land of the Perigord Truffle, also well known as the Black Truffle. This famous black gold is born from the limestone soil of our region.
