Just 5 minutes from the bustling village of Tatamagouche, yet completely private and tucked away, enjoy the best of both worlds. Enjoy almost an acre of lawn to play on, views of the French River (no river access), fire pit, and above ground pool (June-September). Two bedrooms upstairs, each with a double bed, and a basement bedroom with a double air mattress cot. NEW hot tub just added in Fall 2021 - suitable for 2 adults & 2 kids or 4 very good friends. Please note, we allow a maximum of 4 adults. For families of up to 2 adults and more than 2 kids, please message us with details and we can likely accommodate. The cottage is located at the end of a long lane. The lane may have potholes and be muddy particularly in wet weather. We live in Tatamagouche and are available by phone/text. The cottage is located 1.5km from the shops and restaurants of Tatamagouche and just 1 km from Nelson's Memorial Park, with access to the Trans-Canada Trail. 15 km to Jost Vineyards, 22 km to golf courses, and 30 km to Ski Wentworth. Enjoy the beaches of the North Shore within a 20 minute drive (Rushton's Beach in Marshville or Blue Sea Beach in Malagash). The river is NOT accessible from the property at the moment.
