Bring the whole family to this four seasons cottage with plenty of room for fun. The sun will greet you on the deck as you wake up from a peaceful slumber where you will be surrounded by nature. You will enjoy the seclusion & comfort paired with the amenities and coziness of an elegant homestyle cottage with an exciting lakefront view. The Cottage, has all the luxury and comfort you need. It features an eclectic interior, a spacious patio area ideal for entertaining and generous parking space. Family owned & operated year round. A cottage like no other. The two spacious bedrooms on the upper level feature a lake view from the comfort of each bed. The recreation room has a sitting area, fireplace, bar, and a pool table for all your entertainment needs. Guests will enjoy private bedroom/bathroom as well as living areas. Amazingly comfortable beds with memory foam toppers, cozy sheets and warm duvets. Kindly note that pets are not permitted on beds. Thank you for your cooperation. We are located next door to Glen Forest Marina in Apsley, Ontario. Generous parking space located at the rear of the cottage. Guest will have the entire space to themselves Next door to a public boat launch and Glen Forest Marina. 5 minute drive to Home Hardware, LCBO, a gas station and grocery store. Friendly and welcoming neighbors. There is a private entrance to the cottage on the left side of Jack Lake road. It is the fr88. Parking is at the back of the cottage so that you will have more space at the front to do activities with your families and friends. To make things easier, you may park at the front of the cottage and unload everything and park at the back afterwards. The rec room will help you unwind and relax. Try your hand at a game of pool or chill out at the sports bar. Do some exploring around the lake with the complimentary paddle boat (seats two). Do you enjoy fishing? Guests can relax by the lake on the floating dock and catch fish every minute! Spend some quality time with your family and enjoy a lovely BBQ on the front porch as you admire the beautiful sunset and lake front. Treat yourself to roasted marshmallows by the fire pit surrounded by a sky full of stars. Kindly note the following: -Charcoal and firewood are not provided -Bath towels are not included -The water provided by the cottage is sourced from the lake. If you prefer to drink filtered or bottled water then kindly bring your own. -at the end of your stay all accumulated garbage, recycling and compost items must go with you. *Swimming, use of the dock and pedal boat is at your own risk. Life Jackets are recommended whenever you are in or around the water.* It is highly recommended that you bring bug spray as you will be surrounded by lush greenery.
