Studio space with a convertible couch that lays back into a full size. Pillow top included for extra comfort. Full bathroom with original claw foot tub. Monitor to connect devices to. Coffee maker, microwave, small fridge, and toaster oven. This space is above a garage so there is a stairwell. Please note: our home is over 100 years old and with plaster walls so wi-fi can be spotty! Street and driveway parking. Neighborhood is walking friendly with sidewalks everywhere. Walk to arboretum and shops / dining downtown. We love to socialize with guest, but that’s totally up to you. We are available by phone and messaging. As noted there’s a convertible couch for sleeping and wi-fi can be spotty with the 100 year old plaster walls! There are stairs to reach the studio, which is above the garage. We do make space for you in the driveway, but that does mean a car will be in the garage. You might hear us lifting / lowering the garage door, but we do try to minimize that.
