Walking distance to 5 local pubs and restaurants, convenience store, garage and plenty of forest walks. The property is spacious with lots of character. Guests will enjoy the entire place which boasts 2 large sitting rooms, a kitchen/diner, 5 large double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite facilities, 1 with a shower and basin in the room, large family bathroom and large, well maintained garden which benefits from sun all day. 2 travel cots and a toddler bed are also available. There is plenty of off street parking available for guests. The property is located within walking distance of 5 local pubs (one 12th and one 15th century) and restaurants. There is a small convenience store and garage and plenty of enchanting forest walks and trails. Ideally located for exploring the New Forest and surrounding areas including Lyndhurst, Burley, Romsey and Lymington and close to Southampton. Christchurch and Bournemouth are about a 30/40 minute drive and boast some of the south coast's most impressive beaches. 5 minute drive to Paultons Park, a number of golf courses nearby, Marwell Zoo is about a 30 minute drive. Furzey Gardens, the grave of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Rufus Stone are all well worth a visit in nearby Lyndhurst. I live in the house next door so can be available to assist guests if needed. I will meet you on arrival. Cadnam is a quaint hamlet located within the boundaries of the New Forest National Park in Hampshire. A village has existed here since the medieval period, when it was an important crossroads between Southampton and the towns of the south east and central Dorset. Spend some time on a New Forest Tour open-topped sightseeing bus, the service runs throughout the summer to mid September. You can choose to hop on and hop off and spend awhile at different places during your journey through Lyndhurst - Brockenhurst - Lymington - Beaulieu (National Motor Museum) - Exbury Gardens and steam train- Hythe and Hythe Ferry - Dibden Purlieu.
