Our newly refurbished home sits in a popular quiet / friendly residential road and is very near to the very popular falmouth golf course / beautiful beaches / amazing coastal walks / restaurants /local amenities /bus route and train station being a stones throw away. The property offers a very clean relaxing space with an all new interior, enclosed garden and a lovely newly laid patio area .Also with views to pendennis castle .. Would suit couples or families with children over 7 years of age. Our space is fresh and new throughout. A home from home. Fully equipped with everything you'd need for your visit including newly fitted electric thermostat heaters WiFi and smart television. It has a good sized enclosed outdoor space with a newly laid patio and patio set, clothes line and wetsuit rail . It sits very close to the newly built Falmouth golf club beautiful beaches and more. Also there is a local Co op just down the hill. We like to try and introduce ourselves to our guests during their stay. We live very near by and can offer any help or advice if needed. We can also be reached by phone / email. Our neighbourhood is a lovely quiet residential area and has no through traffic. Also the neighbours are very approachable and friendly and can help with any information or advice in our surrounding area if needed. Alot of residents have lived here for many years as I have. The reason for this is mainly because it is so very near the beaches and Falmouth Town center. The lovely falmouth golf course is only a 5 minute walk from here and has recently had a new clubhouse built providing a bar and restaurant with beautiful views across the bay and is open to non members. We have one parking space and free roadside parking also. A bus stops at the end of the road and there is a train station within a 5 /10 minutes walk down the hill (Penmere train station) Also local taxis. The nearest beach is a 15 minute walk (Swanpool) then across the coastal path to Gyllyngvase which takes you to our lovely seafront. I have provided a hand written introductory folder in our holiday home with lots of information to browse during the stay.
