The 2 room suite is on the first floor with private bathroom and kitchenette with microwave, new larger fridge! and Kuerig, (counter top burner, no stove). TV, Wifi. Large backyard. Separate heating/cooling control. The entrance is separate sidewalk. Your bedroom can either be 1 king bed or 2 singles. Our family includes a friendly dog. White Clay Creek Hike/Bike trails border backyard. 10 minutes to Christiana Hospital, 20 to Nemours. 15 minutes to Newark Main St. & UofD, Delaware Technical & Community College and Goldey Beacom, Christiana Mall. 30 Mins to Longwood Gardens. 20 Mins. to Hagley Museum and Winterthur. Long term rental welcome. Quiet location. Day tripping is amazing from here!! D.C.! PHILLY! NJ Shore, including Atlantic City! Delaware Beaches! Poconos -Summer/winter fun! Yes. NYC in a day! Baltimore! one of my personal favorites New Hope, PA! The studio space is private. Separate entrance. Great place to relax, read, or study, work from home or close by office, and visit the area. Very private Tucker and I should be home to greet you, give recommendations, if we can't be there or we are in the Poconos at our vacation home, self check in is available! We live in the back end of quiet family neighborhood. We border White Clay Creek State Park, with hiking and top notch biking trails. it is quiet, you will see many neighbors walking their dogs! Close to Walgreens, restaurants, tax free shopping. Tranquil. Bus stop at front of neighborhood. Uber and Lyft Very good place for a students, temp medical personnel. Approx. 15 mins to UD campus. 10 mins to Goldey Beacom. Lots of parks in the area, bring your bike! Long term guests will have limited dust, trash, vac and linen service. There is only a counter top single burner, zoning does not allow a stove.
