The cozy cottage

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country, while close to napanee, goshen, and the toll road!! Almost no traffic on the road and lots of neighbors use it as their exercise path. A couple acres of woods to the south and rolling farmland to the north. No better place to tune out your crazy schedule and relax. A few acres of woods and a waterway bordering the lawn area. No paths in woods, but a bridge to cross waterway. Lots of birds, squirrels, and an occasional raccoon. All spaces on property are private. Trees and a water way mark the boundaries between neighboring yards. Text or call. There is a common wealth of community, not typical to city life. Neighbors know each other and look out for each other, chat across the yard, or meet on walks. Do not make loud noises or road noise, a few of the seniors will wake up and have you marked!! The best way to commute is by car. While the road is quiet and good for walking or biking, town is still close to 5 miles away. Also there is free parking on premises! The basement is not a hazard, but we ask that no one sleeps down there due to the windows. It is a great place for kids to bounce balls or play hide and seek. Please do not allow children in utility room.
