Close to McDowell Mountain Desert Preserve and Regional Park, Fountain Hills, and all of Scottsdale's most scenic outposts, perfect for a Photographic Portfolio, forever changing and untamable frontier as well as World Class Dark Sky Stargazing. The Team Dreams Guest Room boast of a very comfortable nights sleep on the Queen Size Bed. It is a sports enthusiast step back to the 2001 World Series of the Arizona Diamondback Championship, as well as the Charles Barkley days with Phoenix Suns Memorabilia. There is a dresser, extra sitting chair next to a drop leaf table which is easy to pop up for desk space as needed. Also a Large closet with 2 bathrobes, extra pillows, blanket, luggage rack & hangers. Guests will share hall bath with guest form another room if reserved. Shared with Host full access to our kitchen & living area with large screen TV, Laundry room with extra Refrigerator for your groceries. patio area, BBQ available as well. It is a rural, relaxing location to enjoy the quiet. Wonderful retreat. We are delighted to have guests in our home as we go about our daily lives. We will assist in anyway we can to make your stay in our home and the beautiful valley of the sun a great experience. Our home is a new built home in a lovely rural neighborhood of homes no closer that an acre. Although the last mile is a dirt road the homes are lovely horse properties and ranches. A feel of the old west. A walk around the neighborhood is encouraged. Parking is at our home. We are far from public transportation. We have 2 wonderful host Dogs that enjoy meeting our guests as well.
