The enclosed garden has views to a private field and a river. We are within walking distance to the Moors, groceries shop and 2 pubs. From here you are 10 min drive to Tavistock and 40 to Bantham beach. It is the perfect location! - Master bedroom with super king size bed, built in closet and chest of drawers. - 2nd bedroom with double bed, built in closet, chest of drawers and desk. - 3rd bedroom with single bed that turns into a queen size. It has a desk, a wardrobe, a sink and a baby changing table. Crib can be provided. - 4th bedroom/Loft with ensuite bathroom, double bed, sofa bed (small double), desk, chest of drawers, storage. - Family bathroom with shower and soaking bathtub. - Launch area, with 2 sofas (1 of them is a sofa bed, double), tv, log burner and reading area. - Dining room with space to seat 8 people comfortably. - Large kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, dish washer, gas hobs and oven, Belfast sink and tons of storage. - Conservatory. - Basement with storage, wine fridge, mini fridge and laundry room (washing machine and dryer). - Outdoor back garden with seating space for 6 people and two sun loungers. It is completely enclosed and has views to a private field and the river. It does not have rails from the deck to the grass so we advise surveillance for children. Access from Kitchen, conservatory and cellar. There is a privy outside, very handy for barbecues. - Private parking on premises for a large car. Our parking is on our neighbor's land and it is not large enough for a van or an RV. Private Parking space for one large car (no vans). Free parking on street for other vehicles. The easiest place to park is by the leaping salmon just a minutes away. In the village we have a grocery shop and post office with all essentials, 2 great pubs, a bakery and an award winning fish a chips shop. Large supermarkets within 10 minutes drive ( Tesco super store, Morrisons, Coop and Lidl). The beautiful town of Tavistock has great shops, markets and restaurants.
