We use the ULTRAVIOLET DISINFECTION lamp more than 30 minutes during each cleaning. Efficient sterilization, remove formaldehyde odor, purify the air. We take care for our guests and provide safe environment. This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Shared washer and dryer. Please be advised we have several apartments with the same layout, colours may differ from the photo. The listing include 2 apartments the same layout. One on the 3rd Floor with a Balcony and another one on the 2nd Floor with a covered Balcony. If you need a particular one please confirm availability prior to booking. Guests have access to Gym, Parking. According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an antifraud measure. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. Also refund won't be provided - Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $20 per night per pet. - We offer Travel Crib (for baby 0-18 months) and Bed Rails. 10$ per one item per night.
