Rest and Relax in nature yet be only minutes from the action on the University of Michigan campus or downtown Ann Arbor You will be transported into a natural oasis. Many mature oak trees and a 2 acre property lend itself to many visits from deer and wildlife. It is a serene setting to unwind from the day. Guests have their own entrance, queen bed, large bathroom, and an sitting area. An excellent choice for discerning couples, business travelers, visiting professors, parents and alumni. Your spacious private guest house (attached to our main house) features spacious floor plan, discreet guest entrance, generous coffee bar, guest-controlled ducted A/C and heat,and spacious two-person shower. The suite also includes a spacious living room opening onto a patio. Enjoy a restful night sleep on a comfortable pillow top queen mattress and high quality pillows. Wake up and start your day with a hot cup of coffee or tea while enjoying the views of the sunlit beautiful nature. The quiet, leafy neighborhood outside and the smoke free, pet free interior create a cozy and comfortable accommodation for your visit. Enjoy the cozy and modern decor in your hideaway with gorgeous natural light pouring in. The views of nature will be the perfect spot to unwind and relax during your visit. Guest have their own separate entrance from the main house. The suite faces the backyard with a beautiful view of a black walnut tree. Guests will park in their own private spot and walk along the back of the house on a sidewalk with steps to their own private entrance. With the help of photos that show the house and the entry, guests are able to be quite self sufficient. That said, we are always reachable by message. Please do not hesitate to ask questions. We live in the Honey Creek Neighborhood which was once all farmland. The area is still relatively rural with dirt roads and much land. Our house in on the end of a dead end private drive. It is very secluded and feels like you are entering an up north getaway when you pull into our street. There are many great places to walk and run in our area. A short drive (10 minutes) is the bustling downtown of Ann Arbor with numerous restaurants and nightlife. You may even want to catch a game at the Big House! If you have more than one car please let us know as we can likely accomodate. Public transportation is not nearby but an Uber or Lyft can take you where you want to go.
