Stunning 1 Bed Shepherd’s Hut with Kitchen & Deck

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Stunning Hand Crafted Hut with kitchen, gas hob, belfast sink, double bed with luxury mattress and linen. Outside deck and use of outdoor seating and fire pit for an authentic experience. Discerningly off grid with compost toilets, there's no electric or water connected and no showers on site. Buxton Spring Water provided in big containers. Relax and unwind away from it all, drink in the lush views and reduce your holidays carbon footprint. The hut has basic facilities but is warm and cosy with luxury mattress and pillows and best linen to ensure your comfort. In the hut there is crockery, mugs, glasses, and some cutlery. We provide a welcome hamper of locally sourced breakfast goods, tea and coffee provided. There are composting toilets on site in a wooden field shelter which, whilst unusual, work really well and are clean and user friendly. As there is no electric connected we have provided torches for the evenings. As there is no water connected we provide a large container of Buxton Spring Water, this can be replenished upon request. The site is located off a private road that we have vehicular right of access over. There is plenty of room to park alongside the huts but please be aware that to do so you must drive over the field to access it which if it has rained can get slippy. Alternatively you could visit us by train for an even more eco-friendly experience, we are located right by the station on the Buxton to Manchester train line and we can arrange for you to be collected along with your luggage. We have given the closest postal address we can - the private road we are on is off Long Lane - we can send a pin when you book - we are not at number 53 so would request that you don't enquire there for our location We have some super friendly neighbours at the adjoining Chapel Campsite so if showers are a necessity for your booking they have kindly said we can allow our guest to borrow their facilities
