This open concept main floor studio is an ideal place to spend a few nights while enjoying the comforts of a small village. Grocery store and parks are only a block away while St.Lawrence River and Charleston Lake only a few minutes in the car. This loft will host the entire family while allowing enough space to move throughout with an abundance of natural light and fresh air. *there is a unit above this one *this village has a train that runs through it all day/night. Available for questions via phone or email There is a tenant who lives in the upstairs unit. He is very respectful, but slight daytime noise is to be expected. In return, we ask for no excessive noise past 9pm. * this unit has 1 double bed, one single futon, one cot, and 1 couch. (Can sleep 5 max, but only real mattress is on the double bed)
