A wonderful change of pace. We set up our home to have both kids and adults continually enjoying the outdoors. We are 5-10 minute drive to historic Brandywine Valley, open space, running trails & scenic views , golf, antique shops & loads of historic/science/art museums. You will have access to 4 private bedrooms and 2.5 baths (3.5 baths if staying after May 1). A master suite recently remodeled awaits you on the 2nd floor. Also, three additional bedrooms and a full bath with tub are located on the 2nd floor. Bed sizes are 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 2 Twins. In the finished basement, available after June 1, is a full bathroom with a glass shower, ping pong table, darts, TV and lots of toys and games for the kids. There is plenty of room in the office to put an air mattress as well as a Sleeper Sofa in the Family Room. 1st Floor provides guests with a huge kitchen with all the cooking essentials, Family room with 65" flat tv, dining room overlooking in ground pool, laundry room, powder room and an office. There is no smoking allowed indoors or outdoors and no pets there are exterior cameras as well. The entire home is open for you to use. Private Pool, Hot Tub, Back Deck, Grill, Front Porch, GAGA ball pit, Driveway Basketball, Mini Zip Line all for you to use. Weather determines outdoor activities availability. Multiple Golf clubs for nearby ranges are available upon request. Available by phone before 11 PM. Off site. The home is located in a suburban town on a cul de sac street. There are 8 homes on the street and it is very very quiet. About 2 miles away you will find Target, Whole Foods, Wegmans, LuLu Lemon, WaWa, Starbucks and all of the usualy shops that any town my have. Loads of resturants, shops, bowling and golf courses. I sit on the porch to sip coffee and listen to the sounds the forest has to offer. Rustling leaves, birds and other wildlife make their morning statements. What a peaceful and beautiful place to wake up and prepare for the gift of a new day. We are located in the heart of it all. The beautiful Chester County countryside is 3 miles away. There are running trails, fishing, tubing, wildlife watching, bike trails, science museums, Longwood Gardens, Childrens outdoor museums at Winterthur and the list goes on and on.
