The region has an abundance of local produce on your doorstep to encourage creativity in the kitchen. From the kitchen there is the utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and access to the shared rear garden. BEDROOMS & BATHROOM There are two beautifully appointed bedrooms featuring quality furnishings and bed linen. Wake up in the Master double bedroom to sea views, a lovely way to start your day. The twin bedroom is spacious and comfortable and features rear garden views. OUTSIDE From the front door through the sunroom step outside on to a private raised deck terrace, perfect for sunny days to enjoy your favourite tipple while taking in the vistas and watching the ferries sail back and forth. The rear garden is shared and can be accessed from the back door or walk round the right hand side of the property. There is a back entrance to the property providing easier access with no steps for guests with mobility issues. There is a pebble beach just across the road and the old Strone Pier, perfect for a little fishing or simply soaking up the sea air. EXPLORE The Strone Hotel is located 50 metres from Craigard View. There is local cafe in Strone and in nearby Blairmore. Dunoon is located 8 miles away with further cafes, restaurants and local shops. Close by is the historic Kilmun Mausoleum, Benmore Botanic Gardens, Pucks Glen and Argyll Forest Park. The area is one big outdoor playground, take your pick from walking, cycling, sailing, fishing, golfing, windsurfing and more. Explore further afield to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, Argyll's Secret Coast, take the ferry to the Isle of Bute to visit Mount Stuart, or visit historic Inveraray. It's also an easy day trip to Oban, one of the seafood capitals of Scotland. Glasgow is just over an hour away via the Western Ferries or two hours by road via Loch Lomond. Car Parking: Street car parking is available free of charge in front of of the property. Pets: Your well behaved dog is welcome, £3.00 per night (maximum 1).
