Charming North Fork Home near Beach

Our renovated wine country home offers beautiful wood floors, all new furniture and bedding and is walking/biking distance to the beach and waterfront of New Suffolk. Cathedral ceilings throughout and 12 skylights afford ample light. Sleeps 8. We purchased our home because of the spacious layout and abundant light. The home has cathedral ceilings throughout as well as 12 skylights that flood the home with light even when cooled in the shade in summer by surrounding trees. Friends and guests are always pleasantly surprised upon their first visit. Guests will have the entire home at their disposal including the backyard, patios for outdoor dining and any games and recreational amenities such as bikes and bocce. Our house is a 2nd home and not our primary residence. We provide a comprehensive instruction list and 24/7 availability should any issues arise. New Suffolk is one of the most beautiful hamlets on the North Fork. The town has a unique waterfront that historically was a Navy Submarine facility 100 years ago and is now being preserved and responsibly redeveloped by the town itself. Its main beach is long and sandy with gorgeous views to Robins Island and Peconic Bay. We're also directly in the middle of the North Fork Wine Trail with many wineries within a 3 mile radius. New Suffolk is approximately 20 minutes east of the LIE and Riverhead.
