A beautiful two-bedroom, one-bathroom static mobile home in a peaceful holiday park that's directly on the doorstep of a nature reserve. This holiday home has double glazing, central heating and a lovely decking space. Up to six guests can stay in this property, with a double bed in the first bedroom, two singles in the second bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle plus plenty of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery for cooking meals at home, but if you don't fancy the hassle there's a restaurant on-site! Towels and bedding are included, together with gas and electricity on the terms of a fair use basis. This property allows dogs only and all our properties are no-smoking. The neighbouring reserve is perfect for country walks, birdwatching and photography - a nature lover's paradise. Traditional timber-framed buildings look out over rolling hills dotted with fishing lakes, blossom-filled orchards and hop gardens. The Cinque Port of Rye is just one mile away, a beautiful town where winding cobbled streets are lined with carefully preserved medieval, Tudor and Georgian architecture featuring quirky independent shops, art galleries, antique stores, pubs, tearooms and restaurants. The area boasts stunning beaches, with the glorious Camber Sands just an 18-minute drive away on one side and the picturesque Winchelsea Beach a 10-minute drive on the other. The popular Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway and Port Lympne Safari Park are around a 30-minute drive away to the East, with the vibrant town of Hastings and the historic town of Battle a 30-minute drive to the West, where the battle between King Harold and William the Conqueror gave 1066 Country its name.
