Guest rooms w. private bath, pool, close to beach

Spacious bedroom with a double bed and your own private bath in a 3 storey townhouse between Guardamar del Segura (3 km) and Torrevieja (8 km). Kitchen, living room, and open terrace are shared. The house has two more smaller guestrooms which may be booked additionally, in case you bring family or friends. Directly behind the house is the community swimming pool with a separate childrens area. 12 minute walk (app. 500 metres) to the sandy beach. Two free bicycles available. The house has three floors. On the ground floor there is the outside terrace, living room, kitchen, laundry room and a small guest toilet with shower. Upstairs on the first floor is your bedroom, your private bath with toilet and shower, and another smaller bedroom which may be booked additionally if neccesary (just set the amount of guests to more than 2, to increase the price and book the extra bedroom). The second floor has two more bedrooms, one of which is used by me, and another terrace. The streets around the house usually have plenty of parking space for your car. Parking is free. The community pool is directly behind the house. To get to the beach, you can walk 15 minutes, or take one of the two bicycles which I provide for free. For shopping, you'll need to get to Guardamar (2km) or Torrevieja (8km) by car. There is also a bus service called "Costa Azul" which goes to Torrevieja once per hour. The bus stop is app. 200m away. The house is located in a community of townhouses called "Urbanización La Laguna" close to El Moncayo. It is a quiet residential area. There is one restaurant / bar nearby called "Bar Las Rosas", app. 500m away. The streets around the house usually have plenty of space for your car. Parking is free. You may use the open terrace in front of the house, the living room, the kitchen and the laundry facilities during your stay, but keep in mind that you'll share those with me (or other guests). The large bathroom on the first floor, next to your bedroom, is yours exclusively during your stay.
