This unit is a lovely open concept space with high ceilings for a bright and spacious feel. The loft apartment is located on ground level next to our reception office with two private entrances and one garage. There is a king bed in the open plan living space and a king bed in an upstairs loft bedroom overlooking the loungeroom. This unit has a kitchenette only with no cooktop or oven. Communal laundry is available for use 24-hours. Free wiFi and parking. Unit is wheelchair accessible. Please note that we're a fully digital hotel with no on-site reception. To avoid inconvenience during the check in process, please send a message with your email address and mobile number. A pin code will be sent before 2pm on the date of your arrival, as well as entry instructions. Management is available by calling the office from 9am - 630pm. In case of emergency after hours, you may call the office phone number to be directed to a manager on call. This is in the event of an emergency only. Located within walking distance to the popular Charlestown Square Shopping Centre. Property is situated near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area. There is a public pool on an adjacent street, 2 minutes walk from the front door. There is a newly upgraded park directly across the street with new playground equipment. The park has a large grassy area perfect for a morning workout routine, a picnic or a casual game of footy. Only 2 minutes drive and 5 minutes walk to a wide variety of shops and restaurants at Charlestown Square Shopping Centre. There is a main bus terminal located at the centre, which has buses to the CBD and train stations. Uber is always an option, as is the local taxi company. Parking on the street and in areas near the shopping centre can be busy during weekdays.
