It is very clean and comfortable. Great for a weekend getaway or migrant workers needing a longer stay. Make this your home away from home. This apartment has it’s own separate entrance. The entire space is yours to use with a free washer and drying in an adjoining laundry room. A small kitchen has full size stove and refrigerator, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, dishes and utensils. The bathroom has a tub shower combination. Plenty of storage for toiletries. There is a tv in the living room and a small tv in the bedroom. Both with ROKU. There is plenty of storage for longer stays. Feel free to use the adjacent free laundry facilities. The entrance is through the door in the bedroom. They is a small patio set outside for you if you like. Parking is directly in front of entrance with no steps. We don’t live near the property, but are only a phone call or text away for any questions or requests. This apartment is very close to the downtown area within walking distance to many shops and restaurants , but you will need a car for many other attractions. Nebraska City doesn’t have much for public transportation, so you will need a car.
