Our condo, with brand new air conditioning, is located in Swain, New York within walking distance of Swain Ski Resort. It's a short drive from Letchworth State Park (15 miles away), Stony Brook State Park (12 miles away), and Woodlynn Hills Golf Course, making it a perfect four season getaway. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the neighborhood. There is a restaurant up the street open year round and in walking distance. Condo #4 Layout: First floor- There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. 1st bedroom has 1 queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. There is also a full size bathroom and washer and dryer. 2nd floor- Kitchen, living-room with a balcony, and a half bathroom. *A/C unit is located in the living-room. Condo #4 is located in walking distance to Swain Ski Resort. Despite Swain being known as a ski town, this charming New York State hamlet offers a few offseason activities as well. Take a relaxing walk on the Finger Lakes Trail, test your puzzle solving skills at Nick of Time Escape Rooms, or enjoy food and beverages at the Sierra Inn all without having to get in the car. Swain, New York now welcomes Uber and Lyft to the area. Verizon and T-mobile are the only cell services that have reception in the area. Wifi is available. Network name and password are listed in Guest Manual. Wood-stove is decoration only. Guests are not permitted to use it. This area has hard water. We provide 6 bottles of water upon Check-In. Train tracks are close by with train passing every so often. Sorry no pets. Non smoking rental property. There is 1 A/C unit located upstairs in living-room area. Fans are also provided.
