A convenient southside location, 1 minute to bus stop inbound to CBD and 2 minutes to the highway head to either Brisbane CBD or Gold Coast. Technology Park Office Complex, Local shops, Post office, Restaurants, Westfield shopping centre, Sunnybank Market Square, local markets are all close by. Living with one or two person in the house. Your room will be equipped with a double size bed (with Mattress and Frame), all bedding provided, table, chair, lamp and half built-in wardrobe. Security complex locked gate. Shared swimming pool and bbq. Airport pick up and drop off available.(Fee paying) Provide travel routes and directions. Townhouse complex with nice neighbourhood and Asian/Western food, shops, post office, all the essential amenities you will need. Frequent bus stop is right behind the complex (Route (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) etc) and a very cheap fruit and vegetable shop only in few minutes of walking distance. Café and take away shops all open late hours. On street parking on the Bleasby Road, except for your arrival, you may drive in and park on the driveway to off load your luggage. No smoking and no crimes allowed. No guests. Prefer no kitchen use or minimum use of kitchen as we don’t have a lot of fridge and pantry space. Chinese Speaking Friendly. (可以讲中文).
