Rooms in Beautiful Mountain Home Near Penn State

This home is located very close to Penn State University and of course - Beaver Stadium! There is a CATA XB bus stop a short walk away, and the house provides easy access to both I-99 and I-80. Near both historic Bellefonte and State College with a variety of restaurants, hiking, and experiences nearby. I live with my fiancé, and we are very pet friendly. We have two pups of own and a cat that live in the space as well! This space is spacious and cozy with a variety of amenities for guests to enjoy. There is an open main floor with a giant kitchen island for meal prep, access to the backyard with a firepit and grill, and a smart TV in the living room with access to unlimited channels and services. You are free to use to kitchen and other main floor living spaces at your convenience. Make yourself at home! Staples in the kitchen (butter, spices, oil, sugar, etc.) are free to use during your stay. I am a Graduate Student at Penn State, so during the week I will spend most of my time at school or in the lab. My fiancé also works during the day. We have two medium sized dogs named Kore (black one) and Demi (white one) as well as a cat named Granger and a kitten named Bronco. They are all very friendly and well behaved. If you wish to bring your fur babies be my guest! Just let me know in advance of arrival if you choose to bring an animal. I require proof that they are up to date on vaccinations, else I reserve the right to charge a $20 fee per animal. Any damages caused by pets will be charged accordingly after your stay. The neighborhood is filled with friendly folks and many friendly pups to accompany them. There is a playground and open field area just up the street. Traffic in the area is not dense or dangerous. I have parking available on site. There is a CATA XB bus line a short walk from the house.
