In a completely renovated villa, composed of 3 independent apartments, with garden and swimming pool, we offer an apartment for 8 people. Ideally located between sea and mountain, in a typical Provencal village, between Nice, Cannes and Antibes. This apartment consists of 2 levels: - On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living room with sofa, armchairs, dining table, French doors leading onto a large balcony with superb panoramic view, outdoor table and chairs, barbecue; a large fitted kitchen (oven, gas / induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine) with a table; a bedroom with a double bed and numerous cupboards and wardrobes; a large shower room with very spacious Italian shower and WC; a second shower room with WC. - Upstairs, a large game room with 2 single beds, TV with XBox, games and books for children; 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds; a toilet. On request, we provide a cot and high chair. Sheets, hand towels and household linen provided. You have a covered terrace with table and chairs, and a private outdoor area. Free access to the garden and the swimming pool.
