Nice single room, close to center

This is a very nice single room in a modern and nice flat. But it is really small and is only a single bed and a desk and chair in the room. There is also window in the roof of the room. It is great for short stay as the house is clean and quite. This house is a nice 5 bedroom house with 4 double rooms and 1 single room is cozy and ready for you. Very good location as close to University and hospital, fully furnished and has 4 double bedrooms. washing/drying machine, fridge, freezer, open plan kitchen, properly heated. It is around 2 minutes walking to a very street with tens of restaurants and shops which opens until late hours. There are varieties of restaurants including Arabic, Indian, English, Afghan, Turkish, Iranian, Chinese, Tai and others. Parking is available just outside the property. If you need to use the bus then it is only 2 minutes walk to 24 hours bus service including airport and center. If you need the key of the house I sometimes require a small deposit in cash upon arrival which is going to be returned when check out. Flexible check in and check out time but I may charge for early or late check in or out. At some weekends I charge for bedding as I prefer guests to bring sleeping bags if possible.
