The beach is accessible on foot by stairs across the residence - sbout 10 min walk or by car in 1 min. The residence is 15 min (10km) from Lugano, 50 min from Malpensa airport and an hour drive from Milan. In winter the southernmost Swiss slope is reachable in 20 min. Lake view from the terrace with the access to private beach for residents only (Hidden by Airbnb) or mobile very quiet and peaceful residence with stunning views a car will give you maximum freedom and comfort. Bike works too as there are many bikers going around the lake all year around. The area is very popular for bicycle lovers. good connection by boat (scenic ride), train and swiss bus with Lugano and swiss villages at the lake from Porto Ceresio (but to Porto Ceresio station it's 5 min ride or about (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) min walk). Italian bus service on the main road is random No smoking inside, only at the terrace, pets are allowed for 20eur extra. Cleaning fee of 50eur is to be paid in cash on the arrival to the cleaning lady (please check right away if the space is cleaned up to your standards and if there are things to be improved - ask the cleaner to finish on the spot please). Please note, the final cleaning fee does not include washing the dishes & garbage disposal (located by the postboxes at the entrance to the garage - see the pic): if dishes/cups/pans are found insufficiency clean, greasy or dirty or trash is in the bin you will be charged extra 20€ upon the departure.
