Property manager lives in basement unit, if you need anything she will be able to attend to your needs promptly We only do Sunday-Sunday rentals in July & August. We as of 7/18/21 we charge a $700 refundable security deposit through the Airbnb Resolution center. Deductions from this deposit will be made if extra cleaning is needed, house rules are broken or damages are made. The deposit will be returned after house has been cleaned and inspected. Thank you for your cooperation! We have wifi available in the home but it can be unreliable at times. For this reason we do not list wifi as an amenity, but it will be available. We do not provide any refunds for wifi related issues and we do not promise that the wifi will be fast. November 2021 Ductless Mini Split air conditioning is being installed through the house.
