Merthyr Vale Railway Station is 1 minute away walking along Tram Road, with hourly direct trains to Cardiff Central Station where the Principlality Stadium is positioned only 5 minute walk. Similarly a bus-stop is positioned 1 minute away. The premises is on the Trevithick Trail, a walk/cycle trail which goes north to Brecon (30 miles) through Merthyr Vale (5 miles), and south to Cardiff (20 miles) through Pontypridd (7 miles).
