This villa is the perfect place for your stay, and starting point to discover the magic island Ibiza. The modern and very beautiful villa is well situated in a safe residential area, just 5 minutes away from ibiza town and the port of ibiza with many bars and restaurants and also close to all the other ibiza key locations. The house consists of 2 differrent levels and disposed of 5 beautiful and skillfull designed bedrooms and 3 amazing bathrooms en suite plus 1 extra bathroom, a big kitchen and a large living and dinning room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment to cook for a large group, and ready to prepare delicious dinner, cocktails or to make a quick snack. The villa offers free wifi throughout and all rooms are fully air conditioned! Outside you can relax on a nice pool area with jacuzzi, bali bed and sunbeds. Next to the pool is the BBQ area with a large table and a rainproof roof, to enjoy outsitde eating with your friends and family. just a few minutes drive will bring you to all the clubs, the airport, the islands best restaurants and to Playa d'en Bossa with the world famous nightlife. In Jesus, 3 minutes away from the villa you can find many restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy etc. We recommend to rent a car or a scooter to get easily around and visit the island and the beautiful beaches. The villa contains a private underground garage for up to 4 cars! Probably the best feature of the house is that you are very close enough to everything that is fun but also far enough away from it to also be able to relax peacefully!! Noise Please respect a moderate noise level, as there are local families living around you. Keep the doors and windows shut to avoid police interaction. Please dont play any music outside at the pool area after 11pm. 2. Attendance Please respect that there are no more people allowed to stay in this house then the amount that has been booked. 3. Security Do not leave the house unattended without closing the windows and doors. there are safes in the house. We remind you that your insurance will not pay any damage if the safe was not used by you. This belongs to your own responsiblility always lock the main door and use the alarm system. 4. Keys For any lost of a key, we have to change all looks and keys. For this we charge 500 € from the deposit. 5. Dishes Dishes must be washed and the kitchen must be cleaned before check out time. If not there will be an extra cleaning charge of 100 €!
