Domaine de la Mance - Holiday apartment with spa

Beautiful and comfortable holiday apartment with large covered terrace and private garden. It's perfect for a holiday with family or friends. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and the mezzanine with 2 single beds, big living room with dining area, equipped kitchen, bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet. In the garden there is a barbecue and Nordic bath (extra fee). Nordic bath is a large wooden tub, outdoors, heated by wood fire to a temp. 38-42°C (it is not equipped in jets) The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee machines (drip coffee maker and Senseo coffee pod machine) , electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine, dishes and cutlery. In the living room, there's a TV corner and big table where you can all together enjoy your meals. There is also comfortable sofa bed. The two bedrooms, as well as the mezzanine, are accessible from the living room. Towels and bed linen are provided and beds are made up for your arrival. The apartment is heated up by the pellet stove located in the living room. It is possible to use washing machine and dryer ( no extra charges, please remember to take laundry detergents with you). The laundry room is located in the garage. We live in the same village, so we're always here for you. Our holiday apartment is located in a small village in the north of the Haute-Saone, near the border with Haute-Marne, between Vesoul and Langres. Thanks to that, it is a quiet place to rest and at the same time a good starting point to visit the region. The nearest area is peaceful and ideal for those of you, who love the contact with nature, hiking and cycling. There is an equestrian center and a fishing spots within 15 km. A little bit further you can enjoy the stay in thermal stations. There is a bakery in the village. The nearests supermarkets are in Jussey (12 km) Car is essential. Vitrey is a small village, there are no supermarkets, the closest ones are 12 km away. You can park your car/cars in the closed front yard ( we keep there stuff necessary for production, so this space is shared with us) Pets are allowed (on request, max 2) - supplement 5 €/ animal/night. They are not allowed in beds and on the sofas. There is an extra fee for use of the nordic bath - 60 € for a private seance (no time limit) . Additional seance the next day - 30 €. Use as a small swimming pool - free. Due to the long heating time it is necessary to plan the reservation of your bath in advance. We recommend that you bring a bathrobe and sandals with you. The Nordic bath is not recommended for pregnant women. It is not allowed for people with infectious diseases, skin diseases, obesity or diabetes. If you have cardiovascular disease or are taking drugs that induce drowsiness, ask your doctor for permission. The Nordic bath is not allowed for children under 12 years old. The apartment is located on the first floor. On the ground floor there is our atelier and boutique of fine products ( boutique is opened 2 days a week). For the safety reasons use of fireplace is not allowed. From November till end of March the heating costs (pellet stove, located in living room) are included in the price.
