This cosy twin or single bedroom will welcome you with great comfort for you to relax in after you've been exploring everything this part of Cornwall has to offer. We have provided for you: hot water dispenser with sachets of Twinings tea, Nescafe Gold Blend coffee and Cadbury hot chocolate. Bed trays have been placed in the room and a wall mounted TV with sky and Netflix access. We also have listed: The Hare an The Peacock. The Hare is a cosy twin or single bedroom with very comfortable, good support mattresses and high quality bedding. We have provided: hot water dispenser with Twinings tea, Nescare Gold Blend coffee and Cadbury hot chocolate, we've also placed bed trays in the rooms. The room has a wall mounted flat screen tv with Sky and Netflix plus wifi, kitchen access, decking with out door dining facility and of course have full use of the guest bathroom/shower. PPE is provided as well as a first aid kit and a hairdryer The bathroom is for guests only. You have use of the kitchen and gated, outdoor dining area (see pics) We also have a night telescope if you'd like to take advantage of the incredible, crystal clear night skies. The village of St Keverne lies on the eastern side of The Lizard Peninsula just 1.25 miles inland with its village pubs and shops surrounding the village square, and an impressive church spire, at one time used to guide the Cornish fishermen home. It lies within Cornwall's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. From Porthallow Bungalow, you can explore the spectacular beauty of the Lizard Peninsula by car, bicycle or on foot. You will find tiny secret coves, sandy bays and dramatic cliff walks along the South West Coastal path. Ideal for water sport enthusiasts, the Lizard Coast is the perfect place to indulge in surfing, scuba diving and kayaking, whilst walkers will love the opportunity to explore the historic settlements which litter the Cornish landscape. Just north is the Helford River, with its fantastic sailing and fishing - and home to Frenchman's Creek, and picturesque Helford village. Further afield visit Falmouth with one of the largest natural harbours, Pendennis Castle built by Henry VIII, and take time to visit The National Maritime Museum. West Cornwall is also an ideal destination for anyone with an interest in arts and crafts with the highlights of the Tate St Ives, the Barbara Hepworth Museum, and the Minack Theatre together with outstanding local galleries and artists' workshops everywhere, showcasing Cornwall's vibrant art scene. There are a host of National Trust and historic properties and gardens to explore in West Cornwall, including Trebah, Bonython, Lamorran, and Trelissick. Don't forget to visit St Michael's Mount and nearby Marazion with its stunning beach and surfing. Other nearby attractions include Goonhilly, Flambards Theme Park, Gweek Seal Sanctuary, Trelowarren, Roskilly's and the local diving school at Porthkerris. Getting around is easy with the regular bus service and of course walking is always an option if your just going to St Keverne village square or Coverack sea front to sample a Cornish cream tea and the many other attractions it has to offer. Roskillys very own dairy farm and cafe is right on our door step at just a five minute walk from the front door. They have a great menu and also make their own stone baked pizzas. Or you can hire our mountain bikes for the day. We have two very friendly, loving dogs and a confident cat. If your visiting Cornwall for diving then we have hoses at the front and back of our place and a line for you to hang Your wetsuits To dry. We also have listed The Peacock and The Hare.
