"Akuna Matada Rentals" are two separate fully furnished apartment suites centrally located in Long Lake New York, available year-round for your desired seasonal preference. We are within walking distance to the town beach, Hoss's Country Corner, ice cream stands, restaurants, grocery shopping, gas station, bank and post office, lighted tennis/basketball courts, roller blading/ice skating arena and sledding hill. Snowmobile trail access is next door. Long Lake Camp of the Arts 2 mile drive. PRIVATE APARTMENT SUITE with deck entrance (11 Stairs) MAXIMUM GUESTS 4 Including infants/toddlers Fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, service for six, cooking/baking tools, 12 cup coffee maker, basic cooking spices, tea/coffee), linens (extra linens/blankets/pillows upon request), bath towels, bbq grill. The following cleaning process is completed after each vacationer: beds are completely stripped of all linens/spreads/mattress pads and are washed, dried, folded and replaced; ALL dishes/pots & pans are cleaned/sterilized in the dishwasher then put away, refrigerator, cook-top/oven, all counter tops/tables/nightstands are cleaned/sterilized, bathroom walls/shower/toilet/sink are cleaned/sterilized, kitchen floor and all carpeting are sterilized. The fire-pit is restocked of firewood and ALL outdoor furniture sterilized. Enjoy secured high speed WI-FI. We do not offer cable TV. Our guests utilize our WI-FI with their own tablets, etc. We do not provide beach towels. You must bring them. Our bath towels are just that, bath towels ONLY. Access snowmobile trails next door to the property. Plenty of parking area for motorcycle/snowmobile/boat trailers. Smoking We do not allow smoking indoors. For your convenience, we have cigarette receptacles. PLEASE, NO STRAY BUTTS ANYWHERE! Quiet Time Please be always respectful of noise levels. Family Pets We are pet lovers. However, for the comfort of all guests, we do not allow family pets. We highly recommend Adilaska Kennels "Pat & Mike Paquin". Reservations can be made prior to your arrival. Upon your departure, kindly make sure of the following: All food is removed from the refrigerator/freezer, and disposed of properly. All household and recyclable refuse is disposed of properly in the designated labeled area in the upper parking next to the Fence/Guest Parking sign. Please make a FINAL WALK AROUND your suite, sitting deck and shared fire-pit/bbq area for any stray items you don’t want to leave behind. Check in time is normally 3pm. However, if you arrive early and the space is ready, you may check in early. Simply call and inquire. I provide driving directions and check-in/out information prior to your arrival. "Long Lake Camp of the Arts" 2-mile drive. Snowmobile trail access is next door. State Boat Launch and Stewarts gas station are a stone's throw away. Lighted tennis/basketball courts, roller blading/ice skating and sledding hill are right next door at "Geiger Arena". We are surrounded by hiking trails, golf courses, museums and many other day trip excursions. Don't feel like cooking during your stay?! Here are some suggestions!
