Guests will have complete access to the whole house except the garage. There are shared car spaces next to my house, as well as free all-day street parking easily found. The garage not for use currently, but there is a visitor parking space next to my house, free street parking also readily available. Pest control is done every 3 months, but small insects may still appear unexpectedly. This shouldn't pose an issue if you keep doors and windows shut when the house is unoccupied, food properly stored and rubbish correctly disposed of. There may be an inspection during your stay.
