Our guests enjoy free driveway parking and a backyard to relax after a hectic day at work. Our cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with full size stove and refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishes, towels, bed linen (cleaned and sanitized after each guest), and bathroom and kitchen essentials (soap, sanitizer and tissue). Traveler has exclusive and total access to the entire guest house. A perfect place where working professionals, particularly healthcare workers and first responders can enjoy quite time, including a private yard on a gorgeous tree-lined property. I respect my guests' privacy while, at the same time, extending friendly southern hospitality. The main house is located just across the yard from the cottage so I am only a few yards away in case you need me. Our neighborhood is absolutely precious! Surrounded by Maryland parkland, our quaint cul-de-sac community has only about 40 houses, friendly neighbors, beautiful blue jays, and curious deer. Ohh! Drive carefully--bunny rabbits crossing! Drive to metro rail (Suitland Station)-- only a half mile away. Easy access to Suitland Parkway (direct thoroughfare into Washington, DC) and 495 South and North. Free driveway parking. We're located close to metro rail (Suitland Metro/Green Line), grocery stores, mall, restaurants. You can easily access to Suitland Parkway (takes you directly into DC) and 495 North and South.
