Features a large living room, tea and coffee making facilities, continental breakfast available at an additional cost, separate bedroom with a queen size bed and quality linen, new bathroom and access to a beautiful private garden courtyard and grounds. The cottage is fully self contained however no kitchen facilities except a microwave and toaster available. We do offer a continental breakfast using locally sourced produce at an extra cost. You may need to show proof of vaccination against COVID prior to entering the property. and wear masks when arriving onto the property. We can also recommend great food and coffee options in the area to make your stay enjoyable. For 100% organic go to Organic Feast a two minute walk over the railway line for a truly amazing breakfast or lunch. Only one minute walk from the East Maitland train station. Approximately 1.5 hours drive from Sydney and only 45 minutes to beautiful Newcastle Beaches by car and public transport.
