Cozy room with comfortable bed

We live in a very safe and private neighborhood with convenience bus station, stores, movie theater and restaurant within a short driving distance. Downtown Elgin is just 8 minutes drive from our house, the route Big Timber Metra Station is just 6 minutes drive, and the wing park is a great spot to getaway and relax or do a morning exercise. Guests have access to most of the house except for the master bedroom. We have a lovely patio in the backyard includes a barbecue grill. The private room is clean, and includes a queen size bed with sheets, pillows, comforter, dressing table with mirrors, and smart TV, chair and WiFi. The bathroom that includes Towels, shampoo, and soap. - no smoking - no pets - not allowed to bring your own guests into the house, without our prior approval. Our neighborhood has special Nick’s Pizza & Pub and El Faro Restaurant. Just 6 minutes Big Timber Elgin Train Station. In a mile distance, there are foods, gas stations, and groceries.
