My place is located in a quiet neighborhood with a 5 minute drive to a beautiful crystal clear beach. 3 minute drive to Shopping Plazas (Supermarket, Pharmacy, Dominos, Wendy's, Medical clinic and Liquor Store). 5 minute walk to public transport. You’ll love my place because of the quiet private surroundings, secured property, full kitchenette, and a 15 minute drive to Atlantis. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the Warm Sunshine and beautiful sandy beaches in the Bahamas. Avoid the expensive commercial hotels! Enjoy a true Bahamian culture experience in a local residential, safe and quiet setting. Airport Transportation at $40 Room Service Available upon request The neighborhood is a quiet middle class residential area in the eastern side of the island. Located about 5 miles from the central area. Public transportation is 3 blocks from the property. About a 5 minute walk. Public transportation has limits operational hours. It is not a necessity however, It would be convenient to have a rental vehicle. This property is located in an Eastern residential community. Tourists attractions are in the downtown and central areas. Public transportation, that has limitations to operating hours, is a short distance away. Personal transportation/rental vehicle would afford convenient access and easy flexibility to tour the island.
