Downstairs has a great covered patio, kitchen, half bathroom, extra storage in pantry for securing bags. Laundry closet and air conditioning closet. All guests have access to the first and second floors of the townhouse. No guests are allowed in the attic space. I will be able to assist guest throughout the course of the day via telephone. My local number will be on the counter for any guest to use the phone to call me or my wife.
