A two storey, three bedroom delight, nestled in a quiet neighbourhood, just 7-10 minutes drive to the nearest beach, and 15 minutes to the Capital. You'll find this space so comfortable, you just won't want to leave. Our apartment, is centrally located on the beautiful west coast of the Island and is 10-15 minutes by car to the capital Bridgetown, steps away from public transport, with the nearest bus stop just yards away. The apartment is in close proximity to the Warrens commercial district, by car, with banks, a supermarket, restaurants, fast food, and boutiques. Our apartment is also a short drive away from Holetown, with more banks, supermarkets, restaurants, beautiful beaches, a cinema, duty-free shopping and the Five-Star world renowned Sandy Lane Golf Course. The two storey apartment is fully tiled, super clean and completely self-contained with its own garage and access. Just upgraded to three bedrooms upstairs, wonderfully breezy with floor to ceiling closet space, with dressing table and bedside lamp. Two bedrooms each have two large windows and one large and one smaller in the third bedroom, all for optimal light. One bedroom has a double bed for two adults, the second and third bedrooms have one single bed in each. An upstairs landing opens to a lovely lit patio for lounging, sleeping, reading, working or simply enjoying the fresh Caribbean air.
