The backyard is well appointed with a newly constructed pool and gazebo for the use of guests. All rooms have central air conditioning. Weekly cleaning serve is included. There are numerous churches within walking distance. We drive on the LEFT side of the road. Downtown Nassau is easily accessed by public or private transport. There you will find international shopping and our large Straw Market. There are numerous restaurants boasting local and foreign cuisine. Depending on the time of year various festivals are held with our well known Junkanoo music and we now have our own Carnival. Many interesting historic sites abound in Nassau and are easily accessed. For those who enjoy jogging or an easy walk the area where you will reside is ideal for this with many locals taking advantage of this route. There is a picturesque public beach east of the property along your exercise route and 5 minutes by car.
