Looking for a longer term, tidy professional to share our large, newly renovated, home. The furnished bedroom is 14' x 14' with a personal bathroom, in a split plan home. Located on North Merritt Island in an upscale, safe and quiet river front, custom home, community. We are 5 miles from Kennedy Space Center and 8 miles from Port Canaveral and beaches. Close to everything and 40 minutes to Orlando and airport. We have a small, friendly dog. No smoking inside permitted. - New queen bedroom outfit (bedding provided) - Bedside lamps - 55" smart TV - Table and chairs for working / eating - Sitting chair with floor lamp - New 3 speed ceiling fan with lights - Very large closet. - Personal bathroom (towels provided) - Driveway parking provided Use of full kitchen, laundry, porches and pool included. We are not in the middle of the hussle of Island life, but it is only a few miles to get to everything. While there isn't public transportation easily accessible, Uber and Lyft are quick options.
