We are located in a quiet sub division a mile and a half from down town Shipshewana, 45 minutes from Notre Dame. You will not even see the neighbors. Our property is on two acres in a beautiful spot. We have converted part of our pole barn into a 3 bedroom living space for you! Sit in the back yard and watch the neighbors horses to the west, cows to the north or miniature ponies to the east! Kitchenette area available if you would rather stay in for meals. Small grill available for use. Just a short drive to down town Shipshewana. Located in a quite subdivision north of town. About 15 minutes from the 80-90 toll road. Three bedroom apartment full access, will not share any living space with other guests. Access to a one goal basketball court. Full access to a porch swing in the quiet backyard. Can contact me via text at anytime. We may cross paths in the evenings or weekends but we are easy to get along with friendly people who love chatting with guests if you want to but if you would rather not that's fine too! 😊 Our property is so quiet and peaceful. Even though we are located in a subdivision we have two acres and are pretty secluded from neighbors. We have a beautiful lot with lots of trees and are able to enjoy watching the horses and cows play! Plenty of guest parking. Shipshewana is a small town, easy to drive to. While we don't have public transportation it's a short drive to downtown. 10 minutes to Middlebury, 30 minutes from Goshen, 45 minutes to Mishawaka/South Bend area, 15 minutes to the Michigan boarder.
